MINNA MINNA Preloved is our resale service, making it easy to sell your used MINNA MINNA and Minna Parikka items. In return, you'll receive a MINNA MINNA gift card in approximately two weeks.

MINNA MINNA Preloved makes selling your items easy. Simply send or bring your used MINNA MINNA and Minna Parikka items to us, and we'll take care of the rest. You'll receive a gift card for all accepted items, redeemable both in our online store and at our Helsinki flagship store (Pohjoisesplanadi 35).

Your compensation is based on the estimated resale price of your items:

• Resale price €10–80 → receive 60% compensation
• Resale price over €80 → receive 80% compensation on the value exceeding €80

Examples:
• €100 secondhand selling price → €64 compensation
• €200 secondhand selling price → €144 compensation

Good to know
• You can include items from other high-quality brands in the same shipment alongside your MINNA MINNA and Minna Parikka pieces. You can find all 300+ accepted brands on our resale partner Ninyes' brand list.
• Your MINNA MINNA gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
• A €2.80 handling fee per item and €3.90 shipping fee (if applicable) will be deducted from the gift card value.

1. Fill in the resale form and register your shipment.
2. Pack and send your items by following the instructions.
3. Receive your gift card by email in approximately two weeks.

• Used MINNA MINNA and Minna Parikka shoes and clothing.
• Items must be in good condition, clean and undamaged.
• The estimated secondhand selling price must be at least €10.

• Dirty, stained or damaged items, faded or discoloured clothing, counterfeit items, or items that are heavily worn.
• Items with pet hair or strong odours.
• Sample items or second-quality items with the brand label cut in half.
• Hygiene products, such as socks, tights and hair accessories.

MINNA MINNA Preloved is available in most EU countries.

If you're shipping from Finland, you can send your shipment via PostNord or Matkahuolto.

After completing the resale form, you'll receive a link to register your shipment. Simply take your parcel to your nearest PostNord service point.
